I wanted to create a completely new sauce that is different from the other carrot-based sauces.
This is my Black Garlic Hot Pepper Sauce! The natural sweetness from the black garlic and dark fruits, tanginess from the tamarind and balsamic, with the heat from the red habaneros and Trinidad scorpion peppers.
A versatile sauce that will compliment any dish.
Can be used as a Marinade when mixed with a little oil and then added to desired meat and veggies… Perfect for barbecues!
Why not add it to stews, curries, or chillies for an extra kick.
