Like the Original, this is a HOT pepper sauce.
The name speaks for itself. I wanted to create a zesty sauce with heat that would be a great condiment to chili, curries, tacos, and dips. Carrot based, with Red habaneros, Scotch Bonnet peppers, spices, and lime.
Add a dollop to guacamole, soured cream or mayo for a lime-infused dip.
